Hello, I’m Buse.

Around 10 years ago, I began exploring body-based practices, starting with yoga. I studied traditional yoga practice and philosophy, and over time integrated contemporary movement approaches into my work.

Alongside yoga, Thai Yoga Massage became a central part of my path. Rooted in ancient traditions, this practice shaped the way I understand touch, structure, and the body’s inherent intelligence. Today, yoga and Thai Yoga Massage form the foundation of what I offer.

My work brings together movement, stillness, touch, and awareness. I draw from various bodywork and movement disciplines to create sessions that support mobility, regulation, and a more grounded relationship with the body.

In addition to yoga and Thai Yoga Massage, Taichi, Qigong, Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Vipassana meditation hold an important place in my ongoing learning and personal practice. Each of these disciplines informs and refines the way I work.

I continue to deepen my understanding through ongoing trainings and advanced studies in bodywork and therapeutic approaches. Over the years, I have shared my practice through group classes, private sessions, Thai Yoga Massage, and Osteothai sessions—integrating the diverse knowledge and perspectives I continue to develop.
